We are committed to supporting our managers and advisers through all levels of qualification, up to Chartered Status. We are therefore seeking a highly motivated individual who has:
· - A minimum of 5 years Financial Services experience.
· Will be part or fully qualified to Diploma level with preferably supervisor and sales manger qualification.
· Has competent supervisor status.
· Will be able to provide evidence of a successful track record in managing teams for regulated sales.
The successful candidate will manage a team of Independent Financial Advisers who give advice to an existing customer base or working with new customers in a seminar role. There is a particular emphasis on retirement planning, inheritance tax and estate planning and portfolio construction and reconstruction.
The role is home based with full support from our Head Office. Good career prospects are available to the candidate who can successfully manage & develop our team so they can maximise the opportunities available in an ever changing market.
