Description   We are currently seeking a Content Manager. Job Description Reporting to Head of Content, you will have responsibility for helping define, plan and create online marketing campaigns and integrate them into our existing websites. You will work closely with colleagues in various marketing teams to define business requirements, document scope and co-ordinate the development of online content. You will be required to liaise with multiple teams to ensure that activities are well co-ordinated and meet deadlines and requirements. You will have outstanding page creation skills and experience in applying best practice information architecture, usability, search engine optimisation and accessibility standards to create compelling web campaigns using a content management system. You will be expected to take ownership of specific projects and progress these to completion in a fast-moving environment. Additionally they will be required to line manage a team of content leads and allocate resources to projects as appropriate. They will be required to work with business, systems and compliance stakeholders to gain visibility of the projects in the pipeline and plan resources accordingly. He or she will also be a knowledgeable, enthusiastic advocate of the web, and someone who can collaborate widely with colleagues in the EMEA Web Solutions team, marketing and business groups. For some content assets, the successful candidate will work closely with internal or external creative resources. He or she will also be able to draw upon support from the wider EMEA Web Solutions team. Specifically you will: · - - Work with marketing colleagues to understand business objectives and communication goals of the - product and campaign · - - Manage and coordinate the online campaigns, provide guidance to key stakeholders, agree delivery - dates, organise and manage testing, promotion and release schedules, and provide regular progress - updates · - Be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the sites information and marketing content, ensuring it is - accurate and in line with regulatory requirements · - Work with our content management system to build web pages and micro sites for distribution to our client - base and which will cross multiple geographical jurisdictions and distribution channels · - For some content assets, work closely with internal or external creative agencies and/or be able to draw on - support from the wider Web Solutions team · - Be familiar with (and stay abreast of) current best-practice in online communications and information - delivery, and be prepared to champion new developments and challenge marketing colleagues to extend - their use of online media & tactics · - Proactively alert the business heads & marketing teams with information (including usage statistics and new - opportunities for generating traffic to the site) · - Maintain a proactive dialogue with business teams on progress and issues · - Analyse results of campaigns and produce compelling and informative reports suitable for non-technical - audiences to demonstrate successes and areas for improvement using our web analytics package · - Line manage a content team · - Plan and manage the pipeline of projects and be responsible for task and resource planning for these - projects.
