Study for Success Trainer
A superb opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds leading Independent Financial Adviser and stockbroker organisation within financial services. The role of Study for Success Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training to trainee Financial Advisers to enable them to pass their regulatory examinations. Your duties include designing and developing in house training materials, evaluating trainee performance, providing coaching and mentoring where necessary, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring as necessary, and to respond to queries from trainees and other departments regarding the New Financial Adviser training programme. To secure this position you will need at least 12 months experience within the financial services industry, and proven ability to interact with people and deliver enthusiastic presentations.
Salary £30,000 - £32,000
