Life and Pension Administrator
This prestigious and well established High Net Worth IFA, based in Rayleigh, Essex has a vacancy for an experienced Life and Pension Administrator to join their expanding team in providing support to the Directors and Consultants.
Candidates must be fully conversant with all aspects of Life and Pension Administration and experience in Group Personal Pension Administration is essential.
Key Objectives:
Daily handling of internal and external communications as required. Obtaining illustrations using the appropriate systems.
Processing new applications and completing scheme renewals.
Liaison with Directors and Consultants to ensure that the administrative and compliance processes are correctly and efficiently implemented
General Duties and Tasks
Telephone work and correspondence - contact product providers.
Data input onto computer system.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential and of 1st Software/Adviser Office an advantage.
You will be a team player who can take responsibility for your own workload and be highly motivated to make a valuable contribution to the professional life of the practice.
Attainment of some of the appropriate CFP exams would be advantageous.
