Based London
Basic Circa £50,000 plus exec benefits
Working for a large consultancy company your role will be to both develop and implement a new HR system also you will be responsible to provide an HR service in respect of compensation and benefits as well as some generalist responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Salary Review Process
· To manage the global annual salary Review Process including benchmarking and management of production of letters, benefits charts etc.
Benefits Management
· To manage provision of company benefits including Life Assurance, Medical Insurance, Permanent Health Insurance and Personal and Final Salary Pension Plans
Benefits/Salary Packages
· To carry out regular market reviews and report on findings
· To make appropriate arrangements and produce documentation in respect of salary/benefits package changes
