Description  . To develop and implement the mortgage panel startegy within the organisation. Develop Mortgage Lender relationships in order to ensure appropriate product provision for the associated firms. You will also implement a whole of market mortage offering and grow the distrubution channels to achieve budgeted mortage business volumes, income and profit. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the mortgage arena and worked at a senior stategic level , you will also have the personable attributes to maintain affective realtionships with all operational staff .
